Refund policy

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS

Should you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible on the same day. We try to dispatch items speedily so can't guarantee that the item won't already be on its way to you.

We happily accept returns if you change your mind about something. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing sales@kuladot.com and we will give you details of how to return an item. The item must then be returned to us within 14 days. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Please package the item carefully to protect against damage and make sure you obtain proof of postage. NOTE: you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Once we receive the item in the condition in which it was sent to you, we will refund you - please see below.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

The nature of vintage and preloved items means that there will often be signs of age and use. We aim to describe our goods very carefully in words and pictures and always package our items very carefully for transit. However, please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately (by emailing sales@kuladot.com) if there is a problem. The last thing we want is an unhappy Kuladot customer so rest assured that we will do all we can to sort it out for you. See our shipping policy also for what to do if an item doesn't turn up.


REFUNDS

We will let you know once we’ve received your return/agreed a refund. If all is ok, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. BUT please remember it can take longer for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 days have passed since we approved your return/refund, please let us know at sales@kuladot.com.
