Shipping policy

SHIPPING AREAS

To keep things simple, in most cases and where stated, we provide free delivery to Mainland UK. Shipping to remote areas (for example the Scottish Highlands) and offshore locations (for example Isle of Mann) are likely to incur supplementary shipping fees. It is important that you contact us before purchase if you live in the Islands or Highlands for a shipping charge quotation. We have the right to cancel your order should you purchase without intending to pay the necessary shipping fee.

We do not currently ship overseas - sorry.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to dispatch your items within 2-3 working days and, in most cases will use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your item is dispatched. If you require faster shipping, please contact us to check whether this is possible before ordering the item.

HEAVY AND BULKY ITEMS

We use couriers (such as those registered with Shipley) for delivering larger pieces. For some of our large items, we may offer local collection (from Enfield North London). Please enquire.

NON-DELIVERY

Our couriers will be usually be instructed to ask for a signature from you / provide us with proof of delivery. They will contact you with delivery details so please make sure you are there to take in the item. We may have to charge you a delivery fee if you ask for an item to be sent again once it has been returned to us.

DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT

It is important to us that you are a happy Kuladot customer. If your item hasn't arrived by the time you'd expected it, please do contact us info@kuladot.com and we will investigate and get back to you with next steps. If eventually we determine that your parcel has been lost in transit, we will refund or replace the item as agreed with you. If an item is damaged when you receive it, it is important that you take photographs of the damage and of the packaging. We will initiate a claim with the postage/courier service who may request that you fill out a declaration form. Please see our refund policy for further information on damaged or lost items.
