Hans Slany for Leifheit Germany 1990s Colombus jug

Egg shaped purple flask with glass liner to keep drinks hot or cold. Designed in 1997 for Leifheit with Memphis styling by German designer Hans Erich Slany - as featured in the Museum of Design in Plastics. This is the original version - Leifheit now sell a newer Columbus 2000 - with variations to the design of the latch, foot shape and colours. In unused vintage condition with the lightest of signs of age/storage and still with the original paperwork. Approx dimensions: 25cm high 22cm wide
